No such thing exists as an online auction where the Government can compete against the Mafia to purchase the uncensored versions of Federal Reserve Note scans showing the Serial Numbers that have been blurred out on bills (real U.S. currency) that were recently used to purchase illicit street drugs in Knoxville, TN.
